The Ministry of Health in the United Arab Emirates is seeking applicants from a cross section of medical specializations to work in one of our several health care facilities located across the country. Professional health care providers will bring with them a solid background in patient communication coupled with a high degree of patient empathy. The ability to work in a multi bilingual environment with patients from both rural and urban communities is a definite asset.

On 2nd December 1971, the United Arab Emirates was announced. Article (85) of the provisional federal constitution was issued to establish a federal ministry of health within other ministries.
On 1973, the United Arab Emirates took over the responsibilities and tasks of providing healthcare, preventive and treatment services, establishment of hospitals and health centers as well as management and technical supervision of all private sectors institutions related to this area.
Currently, the Ministry of Health works through three key sectors and six medical districts. It also oversees 17 hospitals, 64 Primary Health Care Centers in addition to clinics and specialized centers such as Blood Transfusion and Research Services Center, Rashid Center for Diabetes and Research, Heart Center, Gynecology and Obstetrics Center.
