The purpose of the role is to write engaging articles and copy for a number of mediums, most predominately tenders and RFPs (request for proposals) and the creating and design of engaging presentations.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/FUNCTIONS TASKS:
*This person will improve the consistency, creativity and quality of our written materials
* To effectively communicate the company’s marketing messages to various target audiences, and work close with the Product and Sales Teams.
* This role will need to enjoy as working part of the sales process, bringing originality and enthusiasm to the process.
* To be successful in this role, the candidate must be an excellent, professional writer.
* They must be organized, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple responsibilities and work with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines.
* They must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills as they will be working with staff across the organization on high profile projects.
* The job holder will be involved in interpreting our customer’s business requirements in order to pitch synergic and effective written communications.
* Development and clear articulation of concepts, strategies and implementation plans for service delivery models.
WORK REQUIREMENTS:
* Baccalaureate Degree (preferably quantitative)
* Numerically astute;
* Knowledge of the Freight/Moving industry preferable but not a necessity
* Fluent in spoken and written English
* IT competent with excellent knowledge of power point
* Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
