Our client is a global business, head quartered in the UKemploying over 70,000 staff. Due to their rapidly expanding presence across the Middle Eastthey require a Compensation and Benefits Manager with demonstrable regional experience.
Based inDubai, you will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of the compensation and benefits regional strategy whilst adhering to global principles of best practice. You will need to be able to enhance current policies and refer to regional legislative requirements; you will assist in monitoring and updating the organization’s salary structure, benchmarking and researching salary rates and benefits offered by competitors and participate in cost of living and salary benchmarking surveys. With a detailed knowledge of nationalisation agendas you will benchmark and design variable pay schemes such as bonuses and sales incentives and consistently strives to improve the compensation and benefits service standards. Ideally candidates will be fully conversant with Hay methodology.
